During these cold winter months, it is more important than ever to maintain good health. To ensure residents are getting their steps in, Middlesex County in partnership with the Piscataway YMCA will be hosting Winter Walk Wednesdays. The event, taking place January 25, February 22 and March 29, will give you the opportunity to make strides to improve your health and well-being by joining local doctors and educators for a walk. While you walk at your own pace, you will have the opportunity to have questions answered by Hackensack Meridian Health Professionals. This event is free and open to everyone.
